Job Description
1、负责公司机器人用减速器小模数齿轮的工艺设计与开发工作，编制机械加工、热处理、装配等工艺文件，以及相关的工装夹具设计、刀具选型与应用。
2、负责生产过程技术支持，组织零件试制与批产验证，指导工艺参数优化，参与制造问题诊断。
3、负责生产设备设施申购的论证确认，以及对拟购置设备设施的调研、选型和技术洽谈，起草招标技术文件；参与设备设施购置的商务洽谈和验收。
4、负责小模数齿轮制造工艺研究、工艺改进、工艺整顿、新工艺应用等工作。
5、负责编制相关工艺技术企业标准。
6、负责小模数齿轮产品工艺性审查，参与新产品开发设计评审。
7、负责产品制造过程中环境、职业健康安全过程的识别，采用减少或降低对环境、职业健康安全影响的生产工艺；
8、参与制造过程质量控制与检测。
