10月14日下午，国资集团党委书记、董事长裘国平一行来公司走访调研。公司领导班子成员、中层主要负责人参加。
公司党委书记、董事长、总经理杨水余向裘国平汇报了杭齿集团1-9月份生产经营情况、重点工作完成情况、年内重点工作和2021年工作思路。各领导班子成员就各自管辖的工作在会上做了汇报和交流。
裘国平对杭齿集团前三季度在经济指标、改革攻坚、安全生产、疫情防控、巡察整改和队伍建设等方面所取得的成绩表示肯定。指出了杭齿集团当前在盈利能力、管理水平、深化改革、产业拓展和队伍建设等方面存在的不足。为进一步开展好下阶段工作，向杭齿集团建厂60周年献礼，推动集团实现新一轮发展，他要求：
一要加强队伍建设。要狠抓干部队伍建设，优化干部队伍结构，打好干部工作“组合拳”，夯实企业做优做强做大根基。
二要强化内部管理。以加强内部管理为抓手，强化工作质量、改进工作作风、提高工作效率。
三要促进技改提升。以提升质量效益为目标，以智能制造为主攻方向，更高水平开展技术改造工作。
四要优化考核制度。进一步完善考核评价机制，改进考核方式方法，充分发挥考核评价的激励鞭策作用。
五要加快项目建设。要树立大局意识，强化责任落实，做到一个项目、一名领导、一个团队、一抓到底，迅速推进杭齿异地搬迁等重大项目建设进度。
六要推进深化改革。借助新制造业发展之机，加大企业转型升级步伐，发展优势产业，做大做强主业，焕发杭齿新的活力。
七要高质量编制“十四五”规划。要把规划编制作为深化认识、理清思路、凝聚共识的过程，确保规划编制各项责任落到实处。
八要落实三重一大制度。坚持完善“三重一大”民主决策制度，落实党组织把方向、管大局、保落实的政治责任，打造风清气正的良好政治生态。
九要狠抓安全生产。要加强冬季安全生产工作，消除安全隐患，严防各类安全事故发生，确保安全生产形势持续稳定。
十要建设清廉国企。要坚持把政治建设摆在首位，健全完善监督体系，全面加强纪律建设，为企业的改革发展营造良好环境。
