Recently, Yang Shuiyu, General Manager of the Group Company, led a delegation that included Huang Zhiheng, Deputy General Manager of the Group Company; Mao Shengyuan, Assistant to the General Manager of the Group Company; and He Pei, Deputy Manager of the Ship Machinery & Complete Sets Sales Company, to Zhoushan’s Liuheng Island, where they signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhejiang Dongpeng Shipbuilding & Repair Co., Ltd. Mr. Yang and his team were warmly received by Le Pengfei, Chairman of Zhejiang Dongpeng Shipbuilding & Repair Co., Ltd., and his management team, who also invited them to tour the shipyard’s production facilities.
Zhejiang Dongpeng Shipbuilding & Repair Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Zhoushan Putuo No.1 Shipyard, which was established in 1954. Since our company’s own factory was built, we have maintained a close cooperative relationship with them. At the signing ceremony, General Manager Yang and Chairman Le reviewed the long-standing collaboration between the two sides, highlighting the fruitful achievements and outstanding performance attained thus far. They also engaged in interactive discussions about future cooperation, reaching a unanimous agreement on key topics such as the principles and approaches for strategic partnership, the establishment of talent-development mechanisms, and the joint exploration of new product R&D initiatives. Both parties expressed confidence that this strategic collaboration will positively contribute to the growth and cooperation of both companies, as well as to the overall development and upgrading of the industry. Following the discussions, General Manager Yang Shuiyu and Chairman Le Pengfei signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
