The Hangzhou Gear Women's Federation Officially Established

On September 29, Hangzhou Gear held its Women's Federation founding conference in the third-floor meeting room. The establishment of the Hangzhou Gear Women's Federation promotes the integration of Party building with women's development within the company, laying a solid foundation for women's initiatives to drive the enterprise's transformation, upgrading, and steady growth.

Attending this meeting were Chen Jian, Chairwoman of the Women's Federation of Xiaoshan District State-owned Assets General Company; Chen Chundi, Vice Chairwoman; Feng Guang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Hangzhou Gear Co., Ltd.; Hou Bo, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager; Xu Guiqin, Chairwoman of the Trade Union, along with secretaries of various branch organizations and women representatives.

The conference elected Tong Yanhua as Chairperson of the Women's Federation, Pan Duo as Vice Chairperson, and seven additional committee members through a voting process.

Tong Yanhua was elected as the Chairwoman of the Hangzhou Gear Women's Federation and delivered a statement, expressing that the federation's work will closely align with the guidelines set by the higher-level women's federation, while also considering the company's specific circumstances, to actively support women's initiatives. She pledged to deliver tangible results—demonstrating commitment—to the State-owned Assets Women's Federation, company leaders, and all female colleagues across the organization.

Feng Guang, Secretary of the company's Party Committee, extended his congratulations to the newly established Women's Federation and outlined three key requirements for its upcoming work: strengthen political leadership to continuously enhance the Federation's cohesion; innovate working approaches to effectively unleash internal motivation within the organization; and solidify team-building efforts to genuinely boost the Federation's fighting capacity. He expressed hope that the company's Women's Federation will take this inaugural conference as a fresh starting point, guiding women employees to seize opportunities, embrace responsibilities with courage, and boldly forge ahead—thus contributing to the steady transformation, upgrading, and sustainable growth of the enterprise.

Xiaoshan District State-owned Assets General Company Women's Federation Chairwoman Chen Jian extended her congratulations on the establishment of the Hangzhou Gear Women's Federation, and put forward three key requirements for how the federation should carry out its work: First, comprehensively enhance the Hangzhou Gear Women's Federation's cohesion, strengthen women's work in the new era, and fully leverage the unique charm and pivotal role of women. The conference was chaired by Hou Bo, Deputy Secretary of the Hangzhou Gear Party Committee.
