On the afternoon of May 8, Qiu Guoping, Chairman of the District State-owned Assets General Company, along with General Manager Xia Bolin and their delegation, visited Hangzhou Gear to learn about the company's reform, development, and transformation initiatives. They were accompanied by Feng Guang, General Manager, and other company leaders and relevant staff members who joined the调研 (research and inspection) activities.

At the meeting, senior executives from each company provided detailed reports to the leaders of the District State-owned Assets Corporation on various aspects of work, including reform and development, transformation and upgrading, as well as cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.

After listening to the report, Mr. Xia Bolin, General Manager of the District State-owned Assets Corporation, issued important instructions: The reform efforts must rely on the broad workforce; a consensus on the reforms must be reached; the reform process should be open and transparent, subject to organizational oversight; and the primary responsibility for Party building must be fully implemented throughout the reform work.

Mr. Qiu Guoping, Chairman of the District State-owned Assets General Company, praised the company for its achievements in advancing various reform initiatives, which have set a solid foundation for transformation, upgrading, and continued development and reform in 2017. He also outlined four key requirements for future efforts: steadfastly push forward with reforms; persistently focus on implementing reforms; resolutely and decisively deepen reform measures; and firmly ensure robust support for the reform process.

General Manager Feng Guang delivered a concluding speech at the meeting and pledged that the company would advance and implement the reform initiatives as requested by the leadership of the District State-owned Assets Holding Company, ensuring the company’s healthy and sustainable growth.
