A grand prize of 100,000 goes to "Lianbian."

On the afternoon of November 16, it was announced at the summary conference for the United Harvesters Transmission (hereafter referred to as "Uni-Trans") that this year marked the product's first-ever annual sales milestone of over 10,000 units. In recognition of their contributions, General Manager Feng Guang presented a bonus of 100,000 yuan to the employees who played a key role in achieving this remarkable achievement.

The summary meeting will be held in the second-floor conference room. Attending the meeting are Feng Guang, General Manager of the company; Li Chengwu, Deputy General Manager; leaders from the Equipment Factory and relevant employees, as well as leaders from other related departments within the company. The meeting will be chaired by Deputy General Manager Xu Xueli.

In recent years, the "Lianbian" product has become Hangchi's flagship offering in the agricultural machinery sector, with sales steadily climbing. So far this year, its output value has already reached 38.6 million yuan, and by the end of the year, sales are expected to hit 10,506 units—marking the first time annual sales have exceeded 10,000 units. To recognize the contributions of those involved and to distill valuable lessons learned, the company has specially convened this summary meeting. During the event, attendees will discuss the future growth strategies for "Lianbian" and other agricultural machinery products.

Sun Jian, the director of the Equipment Factory, first summarized the company's successful experiences, noting that stable quality, effective cost control, and guaranteed delivery schedules are the three key factors enabling "Lianbian" to achieve record-breaking sales. Following this, Zhou Huanhui, the deputy director of the Equipment Factory, shared feedback on "Lianbian's" quality performance over the past two years: This year, both the zero-kilometer failure rate and the after-sales failure rate have dropped significantly—down to 0.18% and 0.52%, respectively. Such improvements in quality, coupled with the brand's unwavering reliability, have consistently driven strong sales growth. Finally, Lianbian's marketing team emphasized that their success in marketing hinges on Hangchi's steadfast dedication, a deep sense of responsibility and enthusiasm toward customers, as well as an unshakable confidence in the quality of their own products.

After the summary of experiences concluded, the attending leaders engaged in a discussion. Xu Xueli, Deputy General Manager, summarized the key takeaways as follows: To make "Lianbian" even better, we must eliminate market homogeneity, product variety limitations, and address the weak links in our technology. To enhance the quality of "Lianbian," we need excellent product design, robust quality control, and outstanding after-sales service. Following this, Li Chengwu, Deputy General Manager, added further insights, emphasizing that we should position our agricultural machinery products specifically within the realm of harvesting equipment, while forging strategic partnerships with leading OEMs to secure the agricultural machinery market through unparalleled reliability and quality.

Finally, General Manager Feng Guang delivered a speech. He began by congratulating "Lianbian" on its impressive sales performance, noting that the company’s success hinges primarily on the following key factors: First, having a strong, capable team—specifically, leadership at the equipment factory with a keen sense of market dynamics, coupled with employees who are deeply committed to quality assurance. Second, possessing a robust product platform, which serves as the fundamental foundation for expanding into new markets. Third, leveraging the well-established "ADVANCE" brand, which has played a crucial role in supporting the product’s growth and development. Lastly, tapping into strategic external partnerships to boost product sales. Mr. Feng also emphasized that agricultural machinery holds immense untapped potential. To capitalize on this opportunity, he outlined several critical steps for the next phase: conducting thorough market research; fostering collaboration and exchange with industry associations, agricultural research institutes, and major OEMs to identify promising business prospects; and strategically utilizing the existing product platforms to drive market expansion. In closing, he urged all departments to wholeheartedly support "Lianbian" products from the equipment factory, stressing that this not only aligns with the product’s growth trajectory but also supports the broader development of the company’s entire agricultural machinery business.
